2019 Kindergarten Lunch

Today, in preparation for the public school lunch room experience, Transition and Four-Year-Old students ate lunch in the church Fellowship Hall cafeteria. The were served chicken nuggets (with Ranch and ketchup), chips, strawberries, yogurt, a cookie and a juice box/water for lunch.

These children got to experience:

  • Paying for their own lunch.

  • Getting their tray and silverware

  • Going through the line to get their food

  • Carrying their tray to the table to eat with their class

  • Eating within a designated time frame

  • Cleaning up their space and lining up to return to class.
