Tiffany Warren

T/TH Co-Teacher

Tiffany grew up in Raleigh and went to NC State University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing. Go Pack! She worked in the banking industry, holding several marketing and communications roles before deciding to stay home with her two children. After many years at home, she worked (part time) as the director of Youth and Family Ministries at a church in Cary. She’s also taught Sunday School, held several leadership positions within her local MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) group, worked at a local gym in their child watch facility, and volunteered in her children’s preschool and elementary classrooms. Spending numerous hours in the classroom really sparked a love for education, leading her to also become a certified substitute teacher for Wake County Public Schools. Tiffany joined the Tots team in 2022. She loves "her babies" and is excited for the honor of caring for and teaching the littlest ones at GFCC.  In her spare time, Tiffany loves spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and being outdoors.

Valarie, while growing up, had the opportunity to live in all four time zones in the United States as well as live in South and Central America.  She attended the University of New Mexico and earned a BS degree in Community Health Education.  She worked in the public health field for many years before taking time off to stay home with her growing family while living in Austin, Texas.    While in Austin, Valerie became a volunteer in the community and served on several boards.  Once her children were in school and settled, Valerie shifted gears and found her "happy place" in early childhood education.  She has been teaching preschool for 15 years, and this will be her fourth year teaching at GFCC in the two-year-old classes.   Valerie enjoys spending time with friends, volunteering, reading, traveling, and enjoying the great outdoors.  She is the mother of two grown children and lives in Apex with her husband and their two cats.
